Any idea on this one? I’ve been upgrading my Avid software steadily since version 2.7 When version 5 came out, of course it was made clear that Script Sync would be a separate product, but those who had an old system could get a license of script sync with their system ID. I followed the instructions and got my Script Sync serial. The license control seems to be expecting an activation ID which is a string of four groups, each group of four numbers. The serial I was given is a string of five groups, each of five numbers and I can’t activate my copy of script sync. Any idea?
