Would this work ?
I am on holiday in Amercia and want to buy this sony camera for use at home within the UK
I realise that I cannot use NTSC 24p in the UK .
When I was looking at the camera I had a play and changed some of the options and there was 2 other options 60i and 60p
In the UK I am going to be using HD video so would this be okay ??

No. That is an NTSC camera. NTSC is 30fps (well, 29.97)…60hz. And for film we do 24fps (or 23.98). PAL is 50hz, or 25fps.
That camera will not shoot a format compatible with your UK standards. You need a PAL camera.
