  Worldwide DVD or Blue Ray

  I want to create a DVD or Blue Ray that can be viewed worldwide.

  For DVD I have to start from PAL recordings.

  For Blue Ray, I may me able to start with any format a Pro HD camera can shoot.

  What are the best chances for creating a disc shot in Europe but suitable for the States and preferably worldwide?

  Are international Blue Rays not 24p? (euro & usa)

  If any pro knows how this works, please let me know.
  I’d like to prevent conversion, but for regular DVD a PAL to NTSC conversion may be needed.
