It should be right-click and then Replace Footage. As long as you didn’t move the the source files or change the directory structure of the files from the imported AEP, you’ll only need to link to one of the missing files for AE to pick up the rest.

In the future, learn to use the Collect Files feature under the File Menu. It’ll help to move all your source files into a central location. A good way to tidy up and messy file/directory structure you may have.
