  Working with screen casts and screen recordings (webinars and such)

  This may have already been asked, but I couldn’t find anything on this topic.

  So I work with a lot of screen recordings at work, and my job is to add intro/outro and sound effects and whatnot. My intro/outro is at 24fps but a lot of the screen captures are around 5fps. So when I export it in a 24fps file, the sound isn’t in sync with the video. How can I keep my smooth intro but also keep the video and audio in sync?
