Working with Read-Only volumes…
I notice that if I access bins (or programs) to view that are located on read only volumes, I get an error that says that particular file may be “damaged” when I close. Of course, it is not, since it cannot be written to.
But this error is show every time I close a bin or program accessed from a read only volume. (In both M100HD & M100SW.
Any ideas, or do I just ignore it?

The app assumes it has write access to almost everything. But as long as you don’t make changes to the file, you can ignore the complaints.

Yeah that’s what I’ve been doing… It is a little tedious when closing down a whole bunch of bins though…
It would be nice if there were some setting that could disable the warnings or something.

You could try turning off “remember window positions” in your prefs. If you really don’t do anything to the bin, including move or resize it, maybe the app won’t try to save it.
