Hey chaps, I’m looking for some help here; I have a concept storyboard that uses a grid of videos and images, which the camera then zooms in to and scrolls around (see attached). The issue is that I have no idea of the best way to accomplish this in Premiere! I can do it in After Effects no problem, using the ImageWall script to create the grid, then a camera parented to a null to zoom in and and around the grid (with motion blur as well), but I don’t believe Premiere has a way to do this. Am I best off doing this in AE rather than Premiere? There will be a maximum of 8 short videos in the grid, everything else will be images simply to fill the grid up.

    Thanks for any advice!

Yes. You are best off using AE to accomplish this.
    Good Luck!

Concur, this is definitely an AE project.

    System:
    Dell Precision T7600 (x2)
    Win 7 64-bit
    32GB RAM
Adobe CC 2017.1 (as of 8/2017)
    256GB SSD system drive
4 internal media drives RAID 5
Typically cutting short form from UHD MP4, HD MP4, and HD P2 MXF.

Premiere is primarily for editing and is not meant for fancy effects/compositing work. Stick to AE.

bring in each image/layer into After Effects, position each one, then animated the camera as needed or pre comp the existing stills layers in an oversized come and animate as desired. Click motion blur to get the look you see in your example.
