Working at scale, important?
I’m building and animation of an iPhone case, dynamics are involved and I plan on using global illumination for stills and the standard renderer for animation.
How important is the scale of the objects.. The scene is not very big. Most of the focus is on the case itself.
Right now the case measures 158 cm at it’s longest point.
I know that some things are effected by the scale of the object. I tend to like to work big because it makes it easy to focus on modeling tasks.. but anyway, some insight on all this would be helpful.
