    Hi,

I am editing a documentary here at my home in chicago, while my director lives in LA. I was wondering if you knew any good ways to work with her on the project. Are there any good screen sharing softwares that I could share the timeline with her? Is that even the best way to do it? Thus far I have been exporting small files, uploading them to youtube, then discussing her notes with her over the phone.

    Thans for your help!

    Jeremy

Which NLE are you using? FCP7 and iChat have a cool sharing function if both parties are setup correctly.

I am using Final Cut X (and not hating it as much as I thought I would haha. Definitely planning on trying the iChat function to see if it works well..
