  wont accept legitimate Mograph serial number

  I have the 11.5 creative suite and I installed on my new machine and C4D wont recognize the Mograph number. All of the other modules are fine. I thought I heard of this happening to other people a while back. Any suggestions for what to do (on a Sunday when the Maxon office is closed)?
