  .wmv setting

  Have used 256 kbps and 15 fps as settings for .wmv files for showing on web.
  But most recent project is “choppy” or “jerky”.
  But,—not on all machines. Of the ones I tested 9 played the file fine, as in smooth, the other 2 played with jerkiness.
  Is it possible this could be a bandwidth problem and not one linked to render settings at all?
  I’m trying to come up with an answer for this client and I don’t think I have enough knowledge to give him an honest explaination.
  Any thoughts would be truly appreciated.
