You don’t!
It’s not an editing format. You need to install Flip4Mac on your computer and transcode the file to a quicktime file using Quicktime Pro.

Apple M-peg 2 Component for $20.Remember that WMV files are massively compressed.
They are great for transporting to clients for viewing
and approval only, but rotten for pure editing use or
final product. -
