WMV 9 Presets all goofed up.
I recently bought and installed Vegas 7 and my WMV 9 presets are all goofed up. There aren’t any. I can pull down the menu, but nothing appears. When I go to custom, the Attributes pull-down on the audio tab and the Format pulldown on the Video tab do the same thing: nothing is on them. If I just set the settings and click okay, I get this message: “The custom template you selected is not valid with the current project settings. It has been filtered out of the template list.” I already tried uninstalling the whole program and reinstalling. Any other ideas? (and yes I have 7b).

What are your project settings? Have you tried changing those? What version of WMV do you have installed? Have you updated it?

Upgraded to WMP 11 and it fixed it! Thank goodness. Thanks for the suggestion man.
