    Hi All,

I’m trying to setup a Decklink Pro card on a BOXX Dual Xeon 2.6Ghz workstation & facing some issues.
Hope you guys can help me out here.

    – Installed the Decklink into the PCI-X 133Mhz slot

    – The BOXX has on-board SCSI, with 5 x U320 SCSI 146GB drives

    – Installed Decklink Windows driver 5.7.3

    – After installing, Windows does not recognise the card still. In Device Manager, its showing up as an unknown PCI device.

    – Un-install 5.7.3 & install 5.7.2

    – The same as above

May I know what could be causing this to happen?
What can I try to resolve this?

    Cheers
