Wind reduction on a video

May 23, 2008 at 1:47 pmIf you are able to reshoot, do that. That will give you satisfactory results. If you are unable, you can attempt to clean up your audio, but it is almost impossible to get desirable results.
Wind noise takes up a wide sound spectrum and is difficult to just eq out.

May 24, 2008 at 6:44 pmThe best you can do is to add a bass rolloff using your equaliser. This will reduce the rumble, however there is nothing you can do to completely remove the wind noise since it is very wide banded. Try setting your bass rolloff at 200hz and cut it to the max.
