Will Vegas (5 or 6) accept MPG-4 video?
A number of new small digital still cameras have MPG-4 video recording. Will this format be directly compatible to Vegas, for capturing, editing and rendering – for ultimate DVDs?

I know that it works with Vegas 6. I had a student last fall that had one of these camcorders and the footage transferred in just fine. Looked fairly decent too 🙂
