    Will Vegas 11 open files from earlier versions of Vegas?

    I am trying to find out if Vegas 11 will open files created in Vegas 7?

    Yes it can. Newer versions of Vegas can open older versions.
    Note that this applies to the same product.
    For example, Movie Studio can’t open Vegas Pro projects while Vegas Pro can open (most) Movie Studio projects.
