  Will the UpDownCross do 25p1080 to 1080i59.94?

  And if so how. I’m guessing it can’t and that’s why the dip switch diagrams don’t make much sense to me?
  If we bought the wrong item to do this, what would people suggest. We just want to get picture to our client monitor that is strictly 29.97/59.94.
