I was told that the best way to do slow motion rather that just changing the speed % when pressing command+J, was to change the frame rate using Cinema Tools. pressing conform etc.

I recently, by accident used a 60fps clip within a 30fps timeline and it screwed up the timing of everything. Will this be the same case if the frame rate is changed in cinema tools rather than it being shot in a different frame rate?

Also, what is the best way to do slow motion if there is a better way than what I am doing?

    thanks
