Will Boris Continuum Compete 8 for AVID 6.x and 7 work on version MC v6.5?
This product on Amazon is probably too good to be true … as there’s got to be a reason why “Boris Continuum Complete 8” is more then 50% cheaper than it is on the AVID marketplace page …. so I’m thinking maybe it has something to do with the version of MC. So I just wanted to see if anyone could help me out and let me know if the Boris software for AVID versions 6.x and 7 will work on my AVID version v6.5

Yes it does work on it. When they say it works for 6.x, the x means that any number will do.

Hey, thanks so much for the response … and for helping make sense of that for me.
As I thought maybe version “x” was different than version “v” (as you tell, I’m not exactly a software wiz as I’m much more of just a videographer … lol) … so I was thinking I really need to check if there is a technicality in some of these versions.
