Wiggly Text
Hey guys,
I want to duplicate a text effect I recently saw. It looks like hand written text that’s been scanned in and animated. At first glance, it looks like just some wiggle of position. But when you look closer, the text is actually changing shape very slightly. Really makes it come to life! Any idea how this was done?

look at effects like roughen edges or turbulent displace. tweak the distortion settings (like amount and scale) to get about what you are looking for, then animate the evolutions to get it to animate (you’ll probably want this to be higher than you think, like 1 evelotion per second).
to get the stop action look, try adding the posterize time effect.
