  Wierd frame rate with Batch capture

  Im using a BM HD Pro card with FCP 5.2
  If I digitise a clip using capture now the quicktime file shows it has a frame rate of 25 fps
  If I use Batch capture the quicktime file reports a widly varying frame rate.
  This is OK while in FCP which seems to deal with this and play all clips at the right frame rate
  But if I try importing the clips into another programme ie Final touch It renders the file with dropped frames (not surprisingly)

  Anybody know why this is?
