widescreen project zooms in 10% please help
hi i have exported my 16:9 project to tape and dvd. when i watch each back on both formats it has zoomed in about 10% (on the screen from dvd and the camera on mini dv tape). I have dv pal set up in final cut and the clips are set to anamorphic lower field first. please help they want the video today and this is my last hope.

Perhaps what you are witnessing is safe action.
In FCP when you turn on the safe title safe action in the canvas widow, Is it about the same size as you see in the monitor?
