  Widescreen DV from HPX170 output to DVD with PP and Encore Issue

  Shot material with HPX in DV widescreen. Cut sequence in CS5 with sequence aspect set to same as original .91.
  Output completed sequence to Encore for DVD mastering. Playback on a 4:3 monitor has black bars on all sides.
  How do I get this to display on 4:3 monitor fully across width of screen with black top and bottom…in other words letterboxed.
