    Hello,

Can anyone explain why ‘Filminfo’ in Quicktime tells me my QT-DV files
have a Blackmagic DV codec? I simply export my sequences from FCP as QT movies. I would think that has nothing to do with my Blackmagic Intensity card I use for playback monitoring, or has it?

And is ‘Blackmagic DV’ actually a different codec than ‘normal’ DV?

    thanx for any information

    Johan

    Yes is because your BM.
    Nothing to worry about.
You probably will be able to see DV Anamorphic properly displayed in QT.
