why no playback….?

Is the subtitle feature for your set top player enabled?

subtitle on set-top is on, but still no subtitle from burned DVD.
The subtitles are seen when the file is played from timeline on Architect2. That is what is on the timeline when I click “Make DVD.”
Could there be another step for the subtitles to be recognized?

On the main screen check to see if the subtitle track is active (activate track), and choose ‘english 1’ as the track language.
In the project properties, under Initial subtitle track, select 1.
You can also try a different brand of DVD media, and check if there are any driver/firmware updates for your burner.
