Why does texture mapping change?
Two identical polygon meshes, not clones just one duplicated with all it’s tags. The three tags are texture, phong & UVW map. I duplicate the material in the materials manager and replace with jpg bitmap in the colour channel with an identical one (v slight photoshop changes) but identical parameters.
When I replace the texture tag in B with the replacement material the mapping changes. Why is this? The tag coordinates and scaling etc are checked and all identical. What am I doing wrong?
