When I create a multicam sequence from a camera source that has two different audio tracks – CC drops one , duplicates the other if you choose 2 tracks from the drop down box where you set the parameters for the multicam. if you choose 1 audio track it seems to combine them.
Does anyone know how to make this process of creating a multicam edit sequence that keeps both the original audio tracks from the first source selected ?

You have to right-click the multicam sequence in the Project Pane and open the sequence. When it opens, you will see all the stuff making up the multicam, and you can choose the various things you want.
