    Why does Encore freeze when I try to burn a mov file?

    Every time I try to burn a mov file it freezes after 0 percent. Anyone got any idea why that would happen?

    What QT codec are you using? Is the MOV a reference file, or self-contained? Finally, which version of Encore?
