  Why did it save me a PNG SEQUENCE?

  Hey, everyone.

  I saved a frame from a Premiere video, brought it into Photoshop, did some work on it, and exported it as a PNG. When I brought the PNG into the After Effects project I wanted to use it in, it came in as a sequence. Why did it come in as a sequence and how do I prevent this in the future?
