Why aren’t my shortcuts workign in 7.0e?
This is strange..
I just installed 7.0e and as usual I went to make my ALT-S shortcut that adds a velocity envelope to the event and adding the shortcut works, but when I press ALT-S on the event, nothing happens.
I created my shortcut the same way that I did for previous versions of vegas and that’s in the ‘customize keyboard’ section and I do a search for ‘velocity’ and it comes up with ‘insert.envelope.event.velocity’ I assign my keys by pressing ALT-S which gets displayed. All looks good except it just doesn’t work.

Are you doing it in the same “section”? i.e. the Timeline section vs the global section vs. the trimmer section etc…

Ah, that was the problem. Didn’t to it in ‘GLOBAL’.
