  why am I getting this??? vegas pro 12 render interference

  Thanks for all the help….
  I have corrected my earlier issues and now have pretty gd render/playback but im getting what looks like interference on my rendered video..
  It records fine but as sn as I put in vp12 this happens..
  Any ideas.
