  • Why am I getting red stripy lines?

Posted by Roli Rivelino on July 7, 2009 at 2:02 pm

I’ve been working on a short sequence, whilst I was preping it for color I suddenly noticed red stripy lines which weren’t there before, how do I get rid of them?

Control-Z, and while you’re in Color you might want to reduce your video levels so they’re not over the top. That’s what the red stripy lines, called zebra, are there to indicate.

    All the best,

Ah that explains it, getting my cntrl Z confused with my cmnd z. Is that a simple procedure to correct the video levels in color?

    many thanks
