  Why 48000.2 Hz ??

  Hi Folks,

  A clip I just captured from DV tape came in with audio at 48000.2Hz. Why did that happen & what can I do to prevent it?

  I started by going from Hi8 to DV, then captured the DV to FCP. The 2-hour Hi8 tape results in two 1-hour DV tapes. The first one came in with audio at 48kHz as expected. It’s only the second one that came in with 48000.2 Hz.
