white box with x in viewer
In my viewer when I scan through a clip- I see nothing but a white box with an x in the upper right hand side.
When I play the clip, I can see the clip- but skipping through the clip I cannot see any image in order to mark in and out points.
HELP!

Taje your Viewer out of Alpha Channel Display mode.

Press ‘W’ on your keyboard to cycle through the different display mode. You are in the wireframe display model.
