White balance fix?
I’ve imported footage that is almost completely washed out from the white balance being way off. Is there a filter I can add to attempt to fix the problem? I can darken it some and it looks somewhat better — is there something I can do to see the subject better? Ideas?

You could try bringing down the Gamma in the color corrector, but the general rule is…if there is no picture info to be had (due to over exposure especially), then there is no picture.
