    Which video card for FCPX?

    Hey all,

    I just bought a video card for my upgraded MacPro 5,1 – a GTX Titan X from Nvidia (flashed from MacVidCards), which is stellar for CUDA supported software such as AE or Premiere. However, I use my machine primarily as a FCPX editor. When I bring up projects that I previously created, the video drivers for the Titan crash FCP, leaving me out in the cold editing with this machine.

    Could you please recommend a high-end video card that is geared mainly for FCPX editing? I love having 12G of RAM on my video card, but if it doesn’t work with my main editor, it’s not worth it to me, even if AE screams.
