  Which sequence preset to use, when using the following 3 cameras?

  Hi,

  Which formats would you record in, and what sequence preset would you use in final cut pro 7?

  For the following:

  Sony xdcam ex1r
  Sony Xdcam pmw-100
  Sony nxcam Nx70e

  would be greatful for your advice!!
