  Which program for VFX?

  Hello! I am beginner in VFX world but I would like to start to do some tutorials. I would like to ask which program do you recommend me to use? So far for my project I was using just Adobe After Effect. But I know there is also Nuke, or maybe something more..? Can someone with experience make some comparison of this programs? Which program is used more often by professionals? Which one is more easy to use, more intuitive or have more functionality?
