which OS/FCP version for ibook g3?
I have an ibook g3 700mhz and I want to install fcp just to do some really simple stuff like use the waveform monitor to check lighting record voiceovers etc.
Any suggestions as to what OS/fcp version would be most robust?

Only FCP 3 and below will install on a G3 iBook. So go back and research what OS / QT combination were approved for that and you’re set.
