Which DVD authoring package handles SRS audio?

Most of the pro-level apps will allow 5.1 audio.

I know Encore and Sony like 5.1 but it must be AC3. What about SRS?

I’ve never heard of an .srs file before. I don’t think
any app supports that.

.ac3 & .dts is all that supports surround in most apps.

(though .dts is rarely supported in all but the biggest packages like scenarist)

SRS is not a supported format in DVD. I believe it is Sony’s surround format for playback in theaters. You need to have a motion picture audio facility convert it to a 5.1 .ac3 for you.
