Which Codec to use when rendering from AFX to Kona
When I am rendering out of after effects which codec should I use when going into FCP using Kona 525 29.97 8 bit uncompressed for my sequence settings..

If no alpha channel Apple 8 Bit Uncompressd (or Kona Software Codec equivalent on PC). The software codec for windows is available on AJA’s website.
If there is an alpha channel, use the Animation codec.
