Where do I go in FCPX to get bars and tone, or tone by itself?
Once I get off my own lawn, of course.

Thanks, Noah! Got what I needed, plus some fun extras to boot.
My colleagues point to the lack of included tone generator as a sign of “consumer” focus vs. “pro”… but I think it’s just another of those teething problems, plus, it seems to me, a lot more of FCPX is geared to adding functions thru plug-ins anyhow.
