  Where to get this “Fast Chromatic” effect in After effects

  Recently I have done backward engineering of an After effect project just for learning purpose. There I got a chromatic effect, it was built by applying a bunch of effects mentioned below

  Chromatic
  >fx Fast Chromatic
  >fx Motion tile
  >fx Color
  >fx RGB Shift
  >fx Shift
  >fx Blur
  >fx deAlpha

  I have managed to understand and able to locate all the effects in the Effects and preset panel except the Fast Chromatic effect. Where do I get this, is it a pseudo effect created by the author.

  If I expand the Fast Chromatic, I get this

  Fast Chromatic
  >Shift
  >Contrast
  >Direction
  Color A
  Color B
  Middle Color
  >Blur Length
