I believe that’s called “royalty free” music. It’s everywhere once you know what to search for. My old fav was the Music Bakery.

Kevin MacLeod offers a very wide range of completely professional music clips.
And at the lowest prices possible (free for credit).
There are also several sources who specialize in YouTube but offer their music for traditional productions.

It is really not that easy. Royalty-free licences doesn’t fit my requirements, I need non-copyrighted audio files or specific licenses that allow me to include the audio files into free and paid videos (we offer free video previews to our clients, then if the client is happy he pays for a high quality and non-watermarked version of the video).
