Where may I download SONY VEGAS templates for free? (News tickers)
Hi
Does anyone know where may I donwload free templates for SONY VEGAS?
I’m looking for news tickers in the CNN style.
I create videos for youtube and many times I need templates to show animated texts with banners, etc, so I need a website where I can download templates with this in the same way I can download free cliparts for illustrator, etc.
Does anyone know any cool website with templates for VEGAS?

A news ticker is just a Sony Title & Text generated media with a “Scroll Left” Animation set. Set the duration field in where you type the text to like 5 mins. Then fill the top line of the text entry with your news stories, and layer the effect on a top track.
If you want a white backer, use another track with a generated solid white, and use the pan crop to move the white such that it is using the very bottom edge. adjust the opacity on the white to allow video to show through.
You can do more advanced backers with photo shop, and then layer the Photoshop file under the scrolling text. Names of people and stories should not be done in the Photoshop file. Use the Sony titles generator for those elements, that way you can change them easily for each new project.
