Where is option to what clip need to be re rendered?
Posted by Paul Gregory on January 13, 2012 at 12:04 amI assume that I may have turned off by mistake some option that allows you to see clip by clip which clips need re rendering. Where is this please?
Thanks in advance

January 13, 2012 at 6:45 pmI don’t recall ever being able to see ahead of rendering, which event will need rendering, but when rendering long GOP mpegs to the same exact format, you can have Vegas not re-render the file. Go to option, prefferences and check this window. Let us know if this is what you’re looking for. If there is a way to see before hand I want to know how.

January 15, 2012 at 6:25 amI can recall watching a project being rendered & as each clip was
being processed i said either that the clip was being copied or re
rendered. I already have the box ticked as per your post but I don’t see being told if it’s being re rendered or not. Thanks in advance

January 15, 2012 at 5:22 pmIf an event isn’t being rendered during the rendering process, it will say no recompression neccesary in the preview window.
