    Hello, guys!

I upgraded my PC so I had to reinstall windows, thus having to reinstall my adobe softwares.

Before this, I already had the latest version of premiere installed.

Now, when I am rendering h.264 files, I dont get the maximum bitrate option on VBR. Theres only the target bitrate slider. But, before reinstalling the software, the slides were there.

    Anybody knows what is happening?

    Thanks already!

Are you on VBR 1-pass or VBR 2-pass? Or does the same on both? It sounds like you are on CBR – that only gives Target option.

In the AME queue , if you select H264 on the format dropdown, then select say “Match Source – High Bitrate”, you only get the Target bit rate showing up? If you change to VBR 2-pass, does it do the same thing?
You may need to consider trying to install AME again.

    Thanks for the help!

It ended up being a bug with my graphics card drivers. Updating them solved the issue!
