    Where is CBR option in the latest Compressor 4.3.1?

    Is there an option to select CBR in the latest version of Compressor? Need CBR for most OTT platforms. So far all I can do is select the Custom data rate and enter the desired bit rate. But the transcoded file is still VBR.
