Where did my menus go?
For some reason I have lost most of my main menu. Where the File Edit Create Select… Mograph…. Plugins menus used to be I only have File and Customization, and the File menu only has Quit in it, no Open, Save, etc.
If anyone knows how to restore my menus I would greatly appreciate it. I can’t seem to find any reference to activating, deactivating, or modifying it in the Help files. I have restarted and rebooted with no change.
I am on R13 on a Mac.

I found the problem. I must have accidentally deselected the Cinema 4D Menu in the Layout chooser.
